Mr. Labbe currently serves as the Manager for the Planning and Recreation Division of Quality Engineering & Surveying, LLC. Mr. Labbe completed his Bachelor of Landscape Architecture at Louisiana State University in 2005.  He began his professional career with WilsonMiller in Naples, Florida.  While at WilsonMiller he gained over two years of experience in the conceptual design and development of several large-scale master planned communities located in Southwest Florida, the Caribbean, and Nevada. He provided skills on site planning, planting design, and construction document preparation for projects of small and large scale, including Coyote Springs, a 42,000-acre master planned community located 50 miles north of Las Vegas.  He worked on planning and site design, as well as site landscape construction observation for the Jack Nicklaus Signature golf course in Coyote Springs. Joe also has worked for Eduardo J. Jenkins Landscape Architects and Planners creating intimate designs of pools, outdoor kitchens, and gazebos for high-end residential projects throughout Louisiana.
