Mr. Seal currently serves as Vice President of Operations for Quality Engineering & Surveying, LLC where he assists with managing the daily operations as well as all municipal projects. Mr. Seal has his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Southeastern Louisiana University and is nationally certified as a Floodplain Manager. As a project manager and mitigation specialist, Mr. Seal has worked on mitigation programs in over 1/3 of the parishes in Louisiana.  Over the past eight (8) years, Mr. Jamie Seal has overseen and assisted in the preparation and implementation of mitigation projects throughout numerous parishes affected by Hurricanes Katrina, Rita, Gustav, Isaac and Ike. He assisted in developing business plans to build response and recovery groups. Mr. Seal has also supervised a staff of seven engineers and additional administrative supports to create Benefit Cost Analysis and Reports for hazard mitigation projects. He has vast knowledge of the requirements of FEMA 404/406 mitigation as well as FEMA’s annual mitigation funding programs. He has been responsible for creating and implementing actions to educate homeowners and elected officials throughout the State of Louisiana about FEMA’s Hazard Mitigation Grant Program
