Mr. Beiriger currently serves as Vice President of Construction/Inspection for Quality Engineering & Surveying, LLC where he manages the construction and inspection personnel on a multitude of projects. As a former Ascension Parish Councilman, Mr. Beiriger has established long-term relationships with numerous governing agencies. His current knowledge of reputable vendors and suppliers for construction materials as they relate to roadway, drainage, and bridge construction allow our team to provide accurate project estimates. Mr. Beiriger’s fifteen (15) years of experience allow him the latitude to review plans and determine proper construction methods. He also has intimate knowledge of the Louisiana Standard Specifications for Roads and Bridges, being involved with LADOTD projects throughout the state.
